Siam Food Products Public Company Limited is a world renowned manufacturer of premium quality food with high safety standards, meeting international requirement of environmental, occupational, health and safety management system with employees' participation for customer satisfaction and the society as a whole.
We do as following to commit our policy :
| 1. To compliance with all requirements of Thai Labor Standard and National Law included any other relevant statutory requirements as the company established. |
| 2. To training and awareness on Thai Labor Standard to all employees and employee participation in selected their representative of non-management level to coordinate and communicate with the top management. |
| 3. To promote and support business partner, contractors to follow as Thai Labor Standard. |
| 4. To survey and carry out the corrective and preventive actions where non-compliance of Thai Labor Standard and will not be subject to punishment, relocate, termination or discrimination employees who give any information with relevant this standard. |
| 5. To disclose Thai Labor Standard information to the public and will lead to continuous improvement. |
